Testimonial for Sybil Starr
If you are considering a session with Sybil Starr, I'm here to tell you that, for me, our sessions have been the greatest things in the universe.
We've boxed about eight times over the past year and a half, and Sybil easily has won each time.
Sybil made a DVD recording of our match last August, and watching it I learned several things. Up until then, I'd been rather pleased I'd at least been able to keep up with her for most of an hour-long fight (with breaks between "rounds"). But watching the DVD I saw in fact what happened was Sybil would punch me silly, calmly wait for me to recover, then hit me again …. She used me as her punching bag and I survived for a full hour only because she let me.
At one point our arms got tangled, so Sybil muscled me back against the wall, then smashed her right fist into my belly eight times in a row — I counted — and I was helpless to stop her. (She even gleefully narrated the action while she pounded me: "You're defenseless now.")
And I saw on the DVD Sybil truly had "clobbered" me, as she later boasted. It was a massacre.
So I devised a strategy for our most recent fight, a week ago. From the start, I moved in as fast and aggressively as possible. Sybil clearly was surprised, and I actually got in several punches to her head and midsection.
This, I very soon discovered, was an ill-conceived idea.
My actions merely permitted Sybil to not hold back as much as usual. Though she may have landed slightly fewer punches overall than usual, the many that did connect were extremely powerful. On at least three occasions, it felt as if her fist had disconnected my head from my neck. She's very skilled, very fast and very strong, and she must have knocked me down four or five times. My head still aches.
When it came to the last round — each round ending with a knockdown (Sybil knocking me out flat in each case) — she informed me she now was going to finish me off. Outfitted in a bright-colored bikini and boots, she held up her gloved fists and had that smile in her eyes.
My energy had run out. Hers had not.
Sybil proceeded to pound me with killer lefts and rights too fast and strong for me to block. I couldn't tell you if her final punch was a right cross, a left hook, an uppercut or what it was. But — POW — and there followed a couple moments when I wasn't aware of anything.
Next thing I knew, I was face down on the mat, out for the count. (Does that count as a KO?)
Once I'd stood up and we'd removed the gloves, I challenged her to a test of strength. I'm six inches taller than Sybil and outweigh her by 50 pounds — I should be able to defeat her at this and regain some dignity, right? She shrugged her shoulders, as if to say, OK, but you asked for it.
We locked hands and started.
Now, as you've read in other postings on this site, and as you can see by the images, Sybil is remarkably good looking. You also know she's not a large person. Yet within moments, to my surprise, she was forcing me down.
And I noticed all these … muscles — in her midsection, her shoulders, her noticeably defined biceps. Confidently and surely Sybil forced me down onto one knee. I couldn't believe she was actually beating me.
After only a few brief moments more, Sybil quickly manhandled me off balance and onto my back. She was on me in a flash, pinning me to the mat with her strong legs.
I struggled, but it was useless. Laughing, my opponent leaned back and, bare-fisted, punched my belly a half-dozen times.
Needless to say, I didn't get free until Sybil allowed it.
One moral of this story is, once again I was no match for Sybil.
The other moral is I intend to have more sessions with Sybil. And you should, too. You won't regret it.

Another new session review

I had my first, but not last, session with Sybil Oct. 10th. It was more than I could have imagined. Sybil is a small attractive woman which easily deceives you into thinking she will not be much competition. She is amazingly strong and quick and although I'm not a big guy I still had 30 lbs. and 6" on her and she easily dominated me with a quick pin or putting me in a hold which I could do nothing but submit. Sybil is very easy to talk with and her smile and laugh throughout my beating made the time go very fast. She thoroughly enjoys wrestling and the struggle of competition. If you are looking for that "girl next door" who is sweet and tough then Sybill is the one for you. My only regret is not meeting her a long time ago. I highly recommend Sybil Starr. Paul

Sybil Update

UGH. . I am so sore today!
I went from California, to Coldwater MI this last week. .The Mixed Martial Arts Camp this weekend was just amazing. . . and Dan Severn and his instructors really put us to the test. After 13 hours of training in 2 days I feel confident that I can take on just about anyone. . .LOL. . some of it was review, some was new, some was techniques I need to work on and drill, and I did, and some of it was just straight up conditioning. . . but my technique is definitely improved and I learned these things:
I can take a punch to the face better than most men. . LOL
I can work a bag longer and harder than most men. . . LOL
I can go out to the club until 2:30 in the morning with the boys and still train all day the next day. . LOL
I learn faster than most men. . LOL
I do not give up. . ever . . . failure will not overtake me if my determination to suceed is strong enough. . . strong enough. . strong enough. . .
Dan's wife and Mother-in-Law are good cooks. . .
Dan never stops being Dan, he is respectful, he doesn't swear, he is kind and encouraging, his attitude is generally positive. . but not just about fighting. . about life. . he tries to teach his students about how to suceed in life. . . He is truly a great man. There are just not a lot of people in this day and age you can look up to. . and TRUST. . but Dan is and always has been all natural (no steriods) He is kind and yet he takes a stand where he needs to. . and he is truly a great fighter. . so full of knowledge that sometimes when it pours out of him you just can't possibly learn it all in the time he has given you. . He is amazing and I am so proud to know him and count him amongst my blessings in this life. All in all, Camp was great. . .

The show last night was awesome. . . I got to wear a cute little dress and stripped stockings and put on glittery eyelashes and pink streaks in my hair. . after be a little roughneck, sweaty girl all weekend, it was a really nice change to go from being "one of the guys" to the hot girl "whole reffing show." LOL. . and I think The Old Timer Jeff King has a crush on me now. . he keeps asking for my phone number and to see if he can take me out sometime. . LOL


I am working on buying a house right now, so most of my day will be getting ready to hit the road again tomorrow and to see if I can can a bid put down on this place I really really like. . . . not an easy process right now. .

I tell you this though. . NOVEMBER 24th. . HOOK N SHOOT. . . there will be two women's tournaments to decide who gets Bodog contracts. . .
I have also been approached by a sports agent about being managed by him. . . . .

It has been a very exciting month. . . and I am tired and sore, but I am not exhausted. . I feel like I am flying on Eagle's wings. . . I feel like I am soaring. .
I hate that the Tigers did not make the playoffs and that baseball is more or less over for me. . but now I can concentrate on my fighting. . LOL

This was a long update. . but I had a lot to say. .

New Session Review

The anticipation of my session with Sybil was just about more than I could handle! This was my first mixed wrestling session, and I was quite nervous! When the day of the session arrived, and I met Sybil, I met an incredibly beautiful, extremely fit, energetic, and extremely pleasant gal! Sybil made me feel very comfortable, and at ease, or a least until we started our two hour session, at which she immediately took down to the mat my 225 frame in a fraction of a second! This after removing her T-shirt and sweats to reveal an incredibly beautiful body in a bikini! WOW!!! I nearly fainted at the sight of her! Over the next two hours, Sybil put me through the most intense physical contest, or more accurately, ass-kicking, that I have ever experienced!!! She executed powerful, flawless, surgically, and if she had desired, lethally precise scissor holds, figure 4s, camel-clutches, sleeper-holds, back-breakers (I think-felt like it), and many other moves I cannot even begin to understand! Sybil moves with lightening speed and precision, and her strength is incredible! I was at her complete mercy!!!

In addition, Sybil threw me against the wall twice and began a barrage of rapid, perfectly targeted, and amazingly powerful belly punches. The bruises on my mid-section took two weeks to heal, and I was sore for a week!!! I love it!!! Even after two hours of me not doing much of anything but serving as Sybil's work-out "dummy" and punching bag, and Sybil going non-stop the entire time, she was not even breathing heavy!!! Sybil is incredible, if not in super-human physical condition! Her thighs are lethal too, and nearly knocked me out several times!!! Would not want her mad at me!

Upon concluding our time together, Sybil was so incredibly gracious, and hugged me too!!! I might of hesitated a bit when she went to hug me because I was not sure if she was going to incapacitate me again! He He He!!! It was a very nice hug! If you want the most incredible experience of your life, with an incredibly beautiful, powerful, and extremely pleasant gal, I recommend Sybil Starr with 5 stars plus!!! Be warned though!!! You will see Sybil first and definitely stars second!!! LOL Contact Sybil to schedule your experience of of life-time today!!!!!

Living like a STARR!

What a week! Three ball parks, three states, lots of wrestling, back to training, limo rides and rockabilly mansions. . . .



Last Monday I snuck into Chicago and attended a Cubs game. . . I love Wrigley Field. . . the Cubs and Zambrano didn't do so well. . . . and then I headed back to Michigan for a day and a half to wrestle a boy, train at the Michigan Sports camp, get videos out in the mail, try to answer some e-mails and then pack up (oh yeah, and get some new tires for my car. . I put so many miles on the starr carr!! Since I bought it last October I have put 36,000 miles on her) and head down to Cincinnati. .



In Cincinnati I gave myself a night out. . . a good friend had given me tickets to the Reds/Brewers game for Friday. . what great seats! Parallel with the pitcher, 20 rows up on the third baseline! I managed to sell my extras to some Tigers fans, too!



I started my night with some great Italian food over in Newport, KY, just a bridge's walk from the Great American Ballpark! I ate at http://www.pompilios.com/ great food and wine! And then I made my way (um by way of an Irish pub) to the ballpark. . it was a fantastic game with the Reds beating the Brewers and Jr hitting his 593rd homerun.

Afterwards, I headed back to Newport, KY and found the Irish pub again. . and then as I wandered in search of a friendly taxi to take me back to my hotel I found a rockabilly house. . . http://www.southgatehouse.com/. . there was a guy dressed up liek Elvis singing Johnny cash. . I was hooked. . . gosh only knows what time it was when I got a taxi back. . and I don't remember the ride. . I just hope I paid the guy. .
I woke up Saturday morning stupid. . I drank myself stupid! LOL. . but what a great time. . so good, I haven't touched a drop since. . why? I already had an almost perfect night!

Saturday I headed to my good friend Lady Victoria's house. . I had a 10 minute pro-style match with Rockstar Ronnie Jonah and a ten minute pro-style match with Lexi Lane. . . great gals. . . and then we piled into a white stretch limo in the pouring rain to make our way to Lima for a GWA show. . . it was Ronnie and Bobcat and Lady V vs Josie, Lexi and I. . . . Lady V wins again. . . with a nasty slam on Lexi. . . I met the great Pat Tanaka there. . one half of the Orient Express:

Sunday was busy for me. . . 9-12 was a match with a guy who is much bigger than I. . but not very flexible. . LOL. . it was lots of fun. . and then I worked on three videos for Lady V and finished my evening when Nicole Tiger Strength got there around 10 pm and she and I were to do a competitive match. The only stipulation our sponsor had was that she was not allowed to scissor and I was not allowed any striking or joint locks. It was a hell of a match, she weighed in at 215# and I weighed in at 118#. It was amazing. . . she got me three times. . and I got her something like 8 submissions in our time limit. . .she is an awesome gal and I would do it again any time. I made it back to Adrian at 2:30 in the am. Sore as all get out. I am still bruised and sore today!

But I had to get back! The Tigers were waiting for me that night! I headed to Comerica park where I got to see and amazing win over the Blue Jays! It has been a great week. . and this month is almost halfway over and I have no clue where it went.
It was an honor to hang out and work at Lady V's again. . Angel Williams, Josie, Bobcat, Hellena Hevenly, Ronnie, Lexi. . and our faithful friends Carol and Megunz. . . I am so blessed to know these crazy gals and so blessed to live the life I do. . .
I admit. . it is not always easy. . but man, WHAT A PAYOFF!

New Wrestling Session review

How does a 122 lb. woman make a 180 lb. man submit over and over again? With surprsing strength, gymnastic agility, technical savvy and endless energy, that's how.I recently had a wrestling session with my new friend, Sybil Starr who kicked my ass all over the mats. I came away amazed at how good this pretty red head can fight. My arms and back ached for two days afterward.I was impressed with Sybil from the start. Her easy manner and intelligence made conversation easy and her demeanor suggested she was ready to try anything, (in fighting, that is).We began with some arm wrestling. She has small but wiry arms and her strength surprised me nearly as much as her bone-crunching headlock takedowns. I had to break a sweat to beat her right arm and we struggled for minutes before she pinned my left. I couldn't believe the incredible her small, finely toned arms possessed. I was about to find out how strong her lithe legs were as well.We began wrestling on our knees and she had me tapping out with a sleeper and body scissors within two minutes. I was trying as hard as I could to get her down and keep her there but it was like trying to pin a wildcat. She kept getting me into excrutiating head or body scissors that had me tapping quickly once she cranked on the pressure. She kept a steady stream of freindly taunting as she mopped the mat with me.I tried a sneak attaack and surprised her, jumping her when she wasn't ready. She quickly got me off of her and was on top within a half minute, squeezing my face between her powerful thighs. I couldn't trap her now matter how hard we rumbled. Grunting and sweating we tumbled across the mats, her continuously coming out on top and me tapping out when she was ready to end it.Once, she let me sit on her stomcacah and pin her arms down. We struggled for several minutes, me trying all I could to keep her pinned but she trapped me head in a reverse headlock and managed to toss me off of her. Once she got on top, she had me tapping in seconds.Sybil whupped me about twenty straight falls. It was an extemely enjoyable session and I HIGHLT recommend Sybil for a wrestling session. Only be ready to get your ass kicked by a skinny li'l gal!

Just got back from dropping Neko the Destroyer and Clayton the Toy off in Canada and am finally out of my car after 7 hours of travel. . . .

WHAT A GREAT TIME!!

We started at 9 am yesterday morning and finished our last video at 12:51 AM this morning. . I am sore all over. . lots of bruises. .

afterwards we all jumped into the heated pool and made a whirlpool and played and played. .. . it was perfect

My fans and friends know that I love to fight competitively. Unfortunately, it is expensive to arrange competitive matches because you must generally pay the competitive participants more money than their usual rate for a scripted video, and you must also pay a good cameraman who can properly film this type of match. Travel is Over

I am burned out.



The last two years I have spent, at the very least half of every month on the road. At first, it was awesome, I always wanted to travel and see the world, I always wanted to go to Europe, and Japan. I always wanted to fly 500 miles an hour with my hair on fire. But no more. The thought of planning another trip is dreadful to me. I am afraid the quality of my work is being affected. .. . . I just find myself not caring. . . . and I love to wrestle!!! I love to fight! To feel like this is so disappointing. . . .so I have been thinking and thinking of what I should do to rectify this feeling. .. . I am putting my travel on hold. There are a few trips I will take. . . but otherwsie, my travel will be very limited until December. First of all, I have a pro-fight scheduled for November I want to be ready for. Second, I want to see my friends and have a life. . . recently I was not invited to a party amongst my friends and I feel like they have stopped being able to count on me . . and I am tired of always saying to my friends and family, "I am sorry I can't make it, I will be in . . . . that date." So no, I will not be going to Minneapolis this weeekend, and no I will not be going to Cleveland next weekend. I will still make my monthly trips into Chicago and am often available there. . . but for now, I am grounded. Until my gypsy feet feel like dancing again.

I am sorry to let anyone down, but as the days have gone on I have done that more and more as my heart has weighed so heavily.

If I am travelling, know it is a limited travel engagement and book it, because gosh only knows when I will get back there at this point.

The City of Brotherly Love

Oh Philly. . . the city of Brotherly love. . a train ride from NJ, NY and so close to so much baseball. . .





I got to go to the Wizards of the Coast Comic Book Convention that happened to be right across the street from my hotel. . a friend of mine was working the convention for this toy store http://www.timeandspacetoys.com/ so he was able to get me in and I got to meet the wrestler "Virgil" from the WWE. . he literally swept me off my feet, Virgil looks no different than when he was wrestlign on the WWE every night. .which means he is in awesome shape considering that I used to watch him on TV when I was ten years old!


Friday night a good friend of mine, Billion, took me to Atlantic City in style!! We hopped into a white stretched limo and headed out, coors light on ice waiting in the back for us! After some great Italian food, we played craps. . and I won! Billion taught me enough to get myself in trouble. . and boy what fun! We walked the board walk and checked out other casinos. . in one of the resturants the wait staff was all dancing to "Staying Alive!"

I got back to my room at 3:30 in the morning, my pockest fatter and my spirits lifted. . oh and tired!

On Saturday, after some good old fashioned butt whoopings for some nice young men, I met up with a friend to go to the Phillies/Tigers game. It was the only game they lost

out of the series. . but I was there, Baseball Park #7, citizens Bank Park, and I had to get a philly cheese steak from Tony Luke's. . (which I did end up dribbling onto my Tigers Jersey. . it is like I am a native or something. .LOL) The Park was beautiful. . Phillie Fams were great, very passionate, and yet took the time to welcome me to their park. . there were quite a few of us Tiger fans there. . and their mascot, the Phillies Fanatic. . very funny. . here is a video clip of him giving Tigers Pitcher, Miller, the "Whammy" and then the batter hits a homerun!

There are a lot of weird little thins that distinguish you from "norml girls" and it will be fun to hear what everyone comes up with. Thought of this as I was rummaging through my purse, which leads me to

#1 You know you are a female MMA fighter when: You carry your mouthpiece in your purse "just in case" a training opportunity arises...

You have to stop wearing skirts and shorts because your legs are so bruised up you look like a crack whore...

You can no longer have long nails...

When you go to the salon to get your hair cut, you can't just get anything, you have to get something that can be pulled back in a pony tail and look good, and so your hair doesn't get in your eyes...

The only reason you care about your weight is to make sure you are able to make weight...

People ask you if you are driving your "boyfriends car" because it is covered in Tapout and other fight stickers....

You have become a makeup artist because you have had to learn how to cover up those black eyes from training for work...

You use Albolene for cutting weight instead of as a makup remover...

Your training partners absolutely don't recognize you in your street clothes and done up....

You used to wear small shirts, but now have to wear medium or large because they don't fit your shoulders and biceps...
