Have you ever had a carefully staged and planned catfight shoot with a female opponent turn ugly or nasty where you almost both started fighting for real and or end up not wanting to work together again?
I hate to disappoint. . maybe this has happened, but I try to forget negative things that happen and just move on with a "lesson learned" type of attitude. .
sorry. . but I guess none have been memorable enough to stick with me. . .

Syb, you have perfect, natural feet. Please don't spoil their appearance by splashing solvents on them, ie, painting your toenails. I know that "other" female celebs indulge in this unhealthy habit, but who cares about them? You're Sybil. You're special.
lol. . um ok. . . I choose not to wear nail polish on my toes and hands as I have to keep all my nails neatly trimmed for wrestling and guitar playing, and I think chipped nail polish looks tre trashy. . . but I think it looks pretty on other girls. . .

If you could make any major change to your appearance without it affecting your work what change would that be? (Yes I know this is not realistic)
I really can't think of anything. . . except maybe the addition of a tail. . ever since playing "steam punk" in high school I have wanted a tail. . not very practical but I think it's hot. . . !
Quite a contemplative post Sybil. So if you didn't fight what would you do? What would there be for Sybil Starr without the fight?
I was asking myself the same question. . I think the litmus test is "If I won the lottery what would I be doing a year from now?" and the answer I keep coming up with is "What I am doing now, just more of it!"
Without the fight? hmmm. . there is always service to my community to be done, and I would like to go back to school to get my PHD in theology . . . . I would like to help others live better lives. .
you said what attire youd wear in a private match, does that mean boots can be included? just plain ole wrestling boots, not high heels n such

Has anyone ever grabbed you from behind just to see if you would flip them?
if they did do this, I wouldn't count them as a friend. . . they would get hurt very badly, so I wouldn't do that to someone I cared about. .
Do you like or ever watch old Kung Fu movies? Any of your fighting inspired by such films?
I grew up fighting with my brothers while we watched Kung Fu on Sunday afternoons. . .I do own season 1 and I still can't believe the way David Carridin died. . what a crappy way to be remembered. . . .
An Actual Blog. . . what has gotten in to me today?
I don't know where to start or what to say really, but feel this need burgeoning inside of me. . a way to express the truly inexpressible. . . blessings and light, and the untimely darkness. . where to begin. . . hmm. .
I guess I will begin where I sit. . . in my living room, "working." Which consists of uploading content to websites, sending updates to my media producer, answering my correspondence and thinking about the future of this fantasy fight company that I run. .my dog Kiki (part chihuahua, part rat terrier) cuddles up next to me. . outside there is a warm fall rain falling and playing havoc with my aches & joints through out my body. . I feel the old foot sprain acting up as I walk. .
Have you ever felt passion? Strong enthusiasm for your life and the projects you have at hand? I am a martial artist. It is what I was born to be. . my life feels right when I am training and growing as a fighter. . . I am not lost or unable to see my path. . I am passionate about fighting. . I am passionate about creating. .
"work" isn't work when I am doing those things.. .
Things I have learned or "relearned" as of late
1-life is not fair, but it is just
2-computers can't treat people like people and neither can the giant industries that employ them
3-I don't know enough yet to get what I want. . there is always more to learn
4-I have learned that limit setting for people happens in every relationship at every age.
5-I have learned that I am far from perfect but still quite worthy. .
6-There are never enough hours in a day. . .
7-People are going to let you down
8-People will surprise you
9-when you work for yourself you have to remember to give yourself a day off now and then
10-You can't be everything to everyone and you can't help anyone who doesn't want to be helped
11-To be a leader, be someone worthy of following. .
12-Live in this moment. . not the next or the last
13-There but by the grace of God goes I
This has been one of my hardest years as of late. . sustaining a bad injury, recovering and finding myself again have been quite a journey, looking at who I am, what I want, and who I want to be.
I want to:
leave a legacy
be a trailblazer
be someone worthy of all this attention, I want to be the very best that I can be. . . .
There is poetry dancing in my heart today as I seek the next turn in my path. . .

How do you feel about whale-tails? Do you ever notice them? Do you think its sexy? (I mean an exposed thong or g-string)

When I started wrestling I was around 165 pounds. Now I am 148 (that is lighter than Spike Dudley). Two Questions. How do I know whether I lost the weight in fat or muscle?? If I lost it in fat, I'm relieved but if I lost that much in muscle, I am worried
I'm not your doctor. . . I don't even know what you look like. .if you feel more toned than before, you probably are. . . . if you feel weaker, then you lost weight and with that some muscle. .
My second Question is, if I am 148 and in between five and six feet am I too small for professional wrestling??

yes, though not them. . . Virgil tried to take me home with him once and I attended the CAC reunion this last year in Vegas (and will be returning again this next April) and met some of my heroes, like "Judo" Gene Labelle, Dan Hodges, and Terry Funk. . Stone Cold was also there and Raven and many many others. . .

what does that mean? I don't have sensors to put on a dudes face or something to see how many pounds of pressure I am hitting him with!
Are you ever afraid that the other competitor is going to break your neck? The other guy breaking neck is kind of my new fear now.
nope. . . work on your bridging. . your neck and head should be able to work like another limb in wrestling, but you have to build the strength and flexibility in it. . . also, you shouldn't let anyone who isn't trained or experienced pile drive you or tombstone pile drive. . if they don't know what they are doing, or you are not on the same page. . yes, you will get your neck broke. . .

Ok, massacre was the wrong word. I just meant that you soundly defeated him. He dishonored you and your fighting skills so you felt a deep need to set an example. How bout now?
I think I did set the right example by beating him utilizing my form of martial arts. . what more needs to be done? He has been disgraced. .

How did you first get into wrestling?
I have always been a fighter. . grew up scrapping with two brothers. . I have always been a fan of fighting and pro-wrestling. . .I started to take BJJ for self-defense and found that I had a natural knack for fighting. .
Whats your favorite body part to have worked on during a massage?
my back is really bad and always needs work but I also love my feet rubbed. .
