whats the first hold that you would teach if you were a wrestling coach? I've been in a few fantasy matches with you and I have nowhere to start

scissors. always teach scissors first. . they are easy, effective, marketable and make sense. . for fantasy fighting. . As a coach for amateur pin wrestling though, I wouldn't teach those at all, they are not allowed in matches. .
