What is your favorite submission wrestling hold u like to use in matches?
the one that hurts. . . arm bars, knee bars, scissors, tons of pressure point submissions. . mostly because they are mean. .
I just read that you can play guitar. What songs do you like to play?
I am not great, I actually took Classical Acoustic Guitar in College, as part of my BA in Theater/Speech Communications. Otherwise, I play the Bodeans, some Segar, some motley crue, but none of it well. . I could use a few lessons. . But I love to sit on my big old porch and pluck at the strings. . .
How is your knee/back holding up these days?
my knee is still mending, I can straighten the leg out now, and I can bend the knee further than 90 degrees. My scissor strength is returning, I am walking around, though slowly and still favoring my right leg, and because of this, my back has started acting up. . I have degenerative disc disease, but as long as I stay active, I generally feel little of the affects of the back problems, but lately, the back has hurt quite a bit more than the knee. . but whatever. . Penny Banner dislocated her left knee 5 times and her right one 3. . she had a bad back, a bad lots of things and she wrestled for over 20 years. . she never let any pain stop her, and I am not going to let any pain stop me from doing what I love and what I was/am meant to do;)

what got you into straitjackets?
Stacy Burke & I did a shoot with a good friend of mine a few years ago and we were put into these super cool, well made, custom strait jackets. . I liked the way it feels like you are not bound, but then when you try to do anything or escape you realize that there is no escape. . and you can stay in strait jackets for hours. . . there isn't anything I can think of that I don't like about strait jackets
About how big is the biggest person you have ever defeated in a real wrestling match?
Male: 260# (he had no training)
female: 220# (she had training)
Can we make a new rule? Sybil will wear shiny tights during EVERY match (and hopefully her opponents too).

is there really a difference between a rear naked choke and a sleeperhold? it's my favorite hold/holds but i really don't see that much of a differnce between the two.
this is a very good technical question. . .ok, a sleeper hold, though still technically a choke, is applied to the neck to cut off blood flow in the carotid artery so that the brain doesn't receive any oxygen. . when properly applied, you should not feel much pressure on the wind pipe. . a rear naked choke is just that, an arm around the neck, which can be locked in in a few different ways to cause your opponent pain and choking, this is generally against the windpipe. . and BTW damage to the windpipe is permanent. . please be careful when you play or fight!

What is your most embarrassing, competitve, defeat in catfighting/bikini type wrestling?
I guess I am confused about the word "embarrassing"? It is a wrestling match. . win or lose why would I get embarrassed. . I was embarrassed when I was ten years old and this 14 year old girl who was mad at me wanted to fight me. . we gathered in the trails in the woods behind my house, it was the middle of summer and I used to live next door to an elementary school, a crowd gathered to watch us. . well, her really, beat the shit out of me. . I tried all I coudl to get her, as I don't back down, but she was twice my size and had been in and out of juvenile facilities for a few years prior. . needless to say I was completely outclasses, she put her hand on my forehead as I swung wild punches at her and she just laughed at me. . I started crying like a little baby from frustration and ran home as everyone laughed at me. . that was an embarrassing fight. . as an adult, I can't think of an actual comp fight I was embarrassed about, win or lose, I gave my best. .

I have always been an awkward, dorky, feisty, bookworm. . so do I consider myself a sex symbol? NO. . I still giggle when I get asked out, as I find it unexpected. . it is wrestling that has made me confident about the woman I am, and my dear fans and friends and their belief in me that has made me feel like I have grown into a beautiful woman. . do I enjoy dominating men? HELL YES!

I remember old 1970s sitcoms where some goody two shoes moms entered a wrestling match and won. If you were in such a match who would you like to wrestle and what would both of you be wearing
that is kinda a crazy question. . but I envision a rockabilly catfight (you will find me at home in my 50's dresses most of the summer, cooking with my cute apron on and hanging out--not cleaning though unless I am upset, I hate to clean-- but I could be lounging about on my huge front porch with my guitar when maybe one of my crazy hillbilly neighbors decides she hates my music. . and then the cat fight is on. . in my dreams anyway. . as a pro-fighter I cannot get into a street fight without going to jail. . I am considered a lethal weapon and for me to hit someone outside the ring is an automatic felony :(
Aside being a fighter with an MMA background, you are an attractive lady. What is your take on the current state of female MMA? Do you think men in general are intimidated by women who have the ability to kick their butt in a legit fight?
why would you say that? The guys in my gym have been nothing but good to me. . but I have trained at other gyms where I have been treated poorly, like a piece of meat-not taken seriously. . but I am blessed that The Michigan Sports Camp, with Dan Severn, is my home gym.
Female fighting overall? We are just getting started. . and let's be honest, women with any kind of power have always scared men. .

yum. . gives me goosebumps. . first I strip down to nothing, then I put on the shiny tights, soft and smooth against my skin. .then comes the leotard. . hmm. . . what do you mean? In training? Sessions? Videos? I don't know, that's just my job. . I have put out too many ribs to count anymore, I have KO'd more people more times than I can remember, I have bloodied faces, I have broke tables over people's heads. . I mean I am the Mistress of Mayhem! The Princess of Pain! The Countess of Catch as Catch Can! (you get the picture. . I bring mayhem, pain and chaos in every step. . and my smile will make you forget it all until you wake up the next day barely able to move. . )

I should only say nice things. . but then I have little to say. . oh yeah, the food was excellent! And Lia Labowe and I became best friends on that trip. . otherwise. . . it showed me the dangers of being a woman in a foreign country with my life in men's hands who didn't really care about me as a person or otherwise. . we were exploited. . but women's wrestling/fighting has always walked that fine line between exploitation and empowerment. . . . maybe I will blog my real feelings about the trip one day. .
