I would say there is lots of fantasy mixed matches out there (where the guys are acting and letting the girls beat them up) but there are real matches out there too. . . I have a few of them. .

yes. My scissors tend to hurt people too badly for them to last long periods of time, and also it wears me out too! So the longest may be about an hour. . and that is pretty hardcore;)

I run, swim, work out (stretching, yoga, light weights, aerobics, some strength building) and train (fight/wrestle/go over holds-moves transitions). . .

it depends. . for catfighting I just wear whatever, but generally for pro-style matches I wear capeizios or danskins. .

I don't have a favorite or a go to hold. . I do enjoy all scissors, goosenecks, joint locks, wrist locks, ankle locks, crippler cross face, camel clutches. . . . but my favorite hold IS THE ONE THAT HURTS YOU MOST!!!!! Whatever that may be;)

What is the most horrible submission hold that you have been trapped in?

Any hold that makes you (or at least me anyway) submit, has to be pretty bad for me in one way or another to get me to tap. . and I don't usually remember my matches very much nor do I dwell on the last fall of a match, I try to let it go and move forward to give my best once again. . . so I guess the worst is whatever ones make someone tap. . . headlocks, facesit pin, scissorholds, joint locks, chokes, etc., . .
