I started wrestling again today. I did all right with the first few guys but then I went up against someone who was 197 lbs (about 30 to 40 heavier than me) and got taken down. I'm OK but what is a good way to wrestle while avoiding getting injured?

go with the throw, land correctly, roll into a better position and always always stretch out before wrestling. . . .

Ask me things about wrestling, down jackets, modeling, fighting, shiny tights, pro-wrestling. . etc
