When I started wrestling I was around 165 pounds. Now I am 148 (that is lighter than Spike Dudley). Two Questions. How do I know whether I lost the weight in fat or muscle?? If I lost it in fat, I'm relieved but if I lost that much in muscle, I am worried

I'm not your doctor. . . I don't even know what you look like. .if you feel more toned than before, you probably are. . . . if you feel weaker, then you lost weight and with that some muscle. .

Ask me things about wrestling, down jackets, modeling, fighting, shiny tights, pro-wrestling. . etc
