sorry if this sounds stupid, but what is the difference between competitive and semi competitive?

in a competitive match we agree to the rules, and they would be the same for both of us, but in a semi-comp match we either don't go all out, or one person has things that limit them in the match to make it more even, such as "If you are over 200# you can't lay on me" LOL

Ask me things about wrestling, down jackets, modeling, fighting, shiny tights, pro-wrestling. . etc
